Who can purchase your jewelry?
We only sell to piercers/studios in business, not individuals.
Where do we ship?
We ship worldwide and use tracking for security with Canada Post. Your order is sent via Expedited services. FedEx maybe used upon discussions with our clients.
What are the accepted forms of payment?
We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, & E-transfer (Canada Only).
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped you should get notified by Canada Post via email and receive your order's tracking number. You can use the tracking number to view your orders location and status.
When will I be billed?
Once we review your order, we will confirm with you and send an invoice at which point your card will be charged. In the event that the transaction is not approved, you will be contacted. We do not start working on an order until payment is received.
What is the warranty for gold and titanium pieces?
We offer a warranty for our gold and titanium pieces. In the event of any issues, please contact us, and we will guide you through the process. We are committed to providing replacements and repairs as needed.
When reaching out regarding a warranty claim, please provide details about what happened to the jewelry. This information helps us assess the situation and offer the most appropriate solution.
Do we have a minimum order quantity?
While we do not impose a minimum order quantity, it's important to note that orders under 1000 CAD will incur shipping charges.
How long will I wait for my order?
As with any business, our processing times can vary depending on our workload. We strive to ship orders within 15 business days whenever possible. However, during particularly busy periods, this timeframe may extend up to 25 business days. Quality over speed, we hand manufacture everything.
Please note that we are not responsible for a shop running low on jewelry, we strongly recommend ordering in advance to ensure you have the inventory you need. When placing your order, you can always request an estimated time of arrival (ETA) to help you plan accordingly.
