We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX for payments. International wire transfers are also accepted. Please note that E-transfers are exclusively accepted for Canadian clients. Kindly be aware that we do not utilize Paypal as a payment method.

The jewelry we produce is either premanufactured or already manufactured before you place an order with us. Once an order is placed, we begin the process of setting the stone of your choice, cutting the barbell to your desired length, and polishing the item. Therefore, if an order remains unpaid for more than 14 days, we reserve the right to unpack and restock it, incurring a 25% charge on the overall invoice amount. Please review the "Return Policy" section for information on order cancellations.
