Where to find our Jewelry
We don’t have a physical shop front, but you can take a look at our online catalog to see our diverse selection of jewelry.
Warranty
Your satisfaction is our goal! We offer a lifetime warranty on all the pieces we supply. If there are any issues with the products, reach out to us and tell us what is wrong. From there we will assess and provide a solution in the form of repair or replacement.
Payment Methods
At this time we accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and E-Transfer (Canadian).
Shipping and Tracking
We primarily ship out orders via Canada Post or FedEx. If you require an alternate service to ship your order, reach out to us and we will work with you to fulfill your request. Any service we choose to ship should provide tracking so you know where you’re parcel is at all times.
It is worth noting that once an order is submitted, we do our best to produce and ship within 15 days of the orders placement. This may vary during our busier periods.
No Minimum Order Size
There is no minimum order quantity, however it’s worth mentioning that we do not sell one-off pieces to individuals. We provide wholesale service for studios and piercers who have set up an account with us.
